Noodles & Side Dishes - Hot Dog Tteokbokki

Chewy Korean rice cakes with hot dog pieces in a sweet-and-spicy sauce. A fun, tasty take on the Korean favourite.

Frozen product — keep it in the freezer and cook it straight from frozen; do not thaw.

How to cook:

Put 150 g of water with the gochujang paste in the pan.

Add the rice cakes and stir until they turn soft and stretchy like marshmallow and the sauce thickens.

In a separate pan, brown the hot dog pieces in a little oil.

Add them at the end, on top of the tteokbokki, and serve straight away.
